This study aims to develop a strategic planning model for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions based on actual practices at Al-Iqra Mataram Kindergarten, by examining the implementation of activities, programme outcomes, obstacles encountered, and institutional sustainability strategies. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and institutional documentation. Participants consist of school principals and teachers directly involved in the strategic management of the institution. The research findings indicate that previous strategic planning implementation was still conventional and administrative in nature, lacking a data-based systematic approach and stakeholder participation. The model developed through a participatory approach proved effective in increasing teacher and school principal involvement in planning, fostering a reflective culture, and strengthening institutional synergy. Positive impacts were also observed in learning structures, evaluation effectiveness, and enhanced internal collaboration. However, the study also identified challenges such as weak strategic documentation, limited managerial training, and an underdeveloped institutional data management system. Therefore, the sustainability of the model heavily depends on strengthening human resource capacity and integrating information systems that support evidence-based decision-making.
