Education The rapid transformation of education in Indonesia, marked by the acceleration of digital technology, curriculum renewal, and increasing expectations for educational quality, requires adaptive school leadership. This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the influence of adaptive leadership by school principals on teacher organisational behaviour at SDN 2 Ciherang, Dramaga, Bogor. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data were analysed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, and validated through triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study indicate that the principal applies adaptive leadership through flexibility in decision-making, openness to input, teacher empowerment, and commitment to change. This leadership style has a positive impact on teachers' organisational behaviour, characterised by increased collaboration, participation in innovation programmes, and commitment to the school's vision. Despite challenges such as resistance to change and time constraints, the principal was able to address them through a communicative and supportive approach. Teachers' responses to this leadership style were highly positive, reflecting increased motivation, self-confidence, and active involvement in building a healthy and adaptive organisational culture.
